How To Register A Boat Name In Ontario Canada How Do I Get A Title On A Boat If I Dont Know The Name Of The Previous Registered Owner?

How do I get a title on a boat if I dont know the name of the previous registered owner? - how to register a boat name in ontario canada

We live in Texas, and we have separated a boat from a friend who has always been, and had no place to store your boat. He bought a man a few years ago and was not in the water because I get the water "loans" work. Now we have the boat and want the title and registration to receive so that we can do, but do not know, was the last registered owner who requests a transfer of ownership.

If the boat has always been in Texas.
You may have to search the Register of Parks and Wildlife Department to know who was last registered owner.
http://www.tpwd.state.tx.us/publications/pwdforms/media/pwd_0763_a0900_ownership_lien_holder_info_printout_history_rpt.pdf

There are 2 options if you know who the last registered owner, as follows:

1. somehow in contact with this person into the title so that they receive a duplicate.

2. if the person is not available, you will need for a bound book that can be very costly and are time consuming.

You can also contact the Texas Parks and Wildlife and see what options for your situation:

Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, 4200 Smith School Road, Austin, TX 78744
Toll Free: (800) 792-1112, Austin: (512) 389-4800

If the last registered owner was from Texas, you need to know where the ship before he could do something that was.

I work with this type of situation all the time in http://www.eboatloans.com
So what are the steps we take to protect, to the new owner, and our banks.
